	Rockville Tribune, 23 October 1903, page 8 John Craven, of Coxville, was killed last Wednesday night at Ellsworth station 5 miles north of Terre Haute. He had driven a team to Terre Haute and was on his way home. When crossing the railroad at Ellsworth his wagon was struck by a north-bound train on the C. & E. I. railroad. He was instantly killed. The body was taken to the junction of the C.&E.I. and Logansport railroad and subsequently to his home in Coxville. For many years he had been in the saloon business at Coxville and was agent for the Terre Haute brewing company at that place.
