Placename Formatting Options

A. Names for the USA, 'non-States', and 'non-Counties'

  2. such as "New England", "Indian Territory" and "Puerto Rico"
  3. such as "Long Island, NY", "Brooklyn, NY" and "Shenendoah Valley, VA"

B. Ambiguous County/City (with no county label and not a 'non-county' nor a 'non-state')

  1. Treat a placename such as "Dallas, TX", "Chicago, IL" or "Cook, IL" (with or without a variant of "USA") as a:

C. Burial facilities in the City or Location position

    b. What to do with burial facility names:

      (Should always be possible) or
      (Only possible if the city is omitted.)

D. Special values in the City position
