| Josiah McCutchan's will He willed his entire estate to his "Beloved wife Elizabeth McCutchan", BUT if she were to marry again (which she did) she would get a third, with the rest to be split among his childreh: Clarinda Leonard, Mary Hazlet, Ella Hines, Fanny McCutchan, and sons James, David, and Sanford. Josiah and Elizabeth share an obelisk gravestone, with their names on opposite sides. |
