Identifies himself as John Senior, but there is no mention of son.
1 Sep 1697 John Redman asserts that the items that the late John Bickford willed to his wife, the Temperance Bickford were supposed to be transferred to John Redman's wife, the former Johanna Bickford, and that Johanna's brother Thomas took and hid his father's will, and refused to give those items to his sister.
27 Sep 1697 Johanah Redman's testimony says "when God was peased to take away her speech, I gave [the will] to my Brother Thomas Beckfordabout 11 or 12 month agae and further Sayeth not.
(I do not know whether this means that her mother died, or that her mother became severely disabled.)
7 Oct 1697 - Will proved and administration granted to Thomas Bickford.
2 Nov 1697 - Estate Inventory completed; there is property in the hands of John Bickford, Thomas Bickford, and John Redman. (So perhaps the dispute was settled).
